Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible while ensuring our stylists' and all clients time is respected: * CANCELLATION NOTICE: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. * LATE CANCELLATION: If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50% of your service will apply, but we will do our best to accommodate emergencies. * NO-SHOW: Clients who do not show up will be charged a fee of 50% service fee. * PREPAYMENT REQUIRED: After three late cancellations or no-shows, we will require prepayment for future appointments.
